Terms of Service
A reservation fee is required to book an appointment of 2 or more hours. The reservation fee amount is determined by the length of the appointment. $50 for 2 hours, $100 for 3 or more hours. The reservation fee goes towards the service total and is refundable/transferable to a rescheduled time up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule, the reservation fee is forfeited.
For booking online, we will ask to securely hold credit/debit card information on file. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (50% of scheduled service) to the card on file if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the reservation fee put down towards the service will be forfeited or you will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service charge.
We are committed to ensuring you feel your absolute best when you walk out of the salon. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your service, we offer complimentary adjustments and re-do's within 2 weeks of the original service. To ensure the consistency of previous consultations and formulas used, any adjustments must be booked with the stylist that did the original service.
Product Return Policy:
If you have purchased a retail item from us that you would like to return, we accept unused products for a full refund or gently used products for a product exchange.
Extension Service Policy:
Every new extension client is required to have a consultation before booking an extension service. During this consultation the stylist will go over all extension options, color matches, and home care information. Every new extension client will also be required to sign an Extension Service Agreement, acknowledging the client is aware of all necessary information regarding extensions. This information includes but is not limited to: price quote for service, no-refund policy on extensions, recommended maintenance interval, custom colors, how to properly care for/maintain extensions in between appointments.
Color Correction Policy:
If you are looking to make a drastic change to your color and/or have previous color on your hair, your color service may be considered a color correction. Color corrections require a consultation, during which a stylist will discuss the client's hair goals and explain the process required to achieve them. Color correction clients will also be asked to sign a service agreement, acknowledging the client understands all necessary information regarding color corrections. This information includes but is not limited to: price quote for service, risks associated with chemicals used, home care to maintain color and hair health, recommended color refresh interval.
