Our Team

Matthew has been a stylist since 1993 and has worked at Paul Garcia’s (Denver, CO), Oxford Aveda Salon & Spa (Denver, CO),  Mood Swings (Tempe, AZ), and has recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary at Altered Ego Salon and Spa.

Matthew has accelerated his education by taking advanced training in cutting and coloring in New York, Los Angeles, and Boulder.  He has taught advanced men’s haircutting as a Regional Educator on the American Crew cutting team.  He has done hair and makeup on a public service announcement for the National Marfan Foundation (NMF) www.marfan.org  featured on the “Rent” dvd.  In the Spring of 2008 he is scheduled to work on the set of a documentary for the NMF.  He has also worked with such notable celebrities as Mickey Rooney, Dennis Quaid, Bill Paxton, Shia LaBeouf , and Kevin Costner.

Matthew is a well rounded stylist and covers all areas from men and women’s haircuts, to hair coloring, and special event makeup.
